Neighbourhood Plan Progress

The Steering Committee is now working on the latest version of the Neighbourhood Plan, The recent planning applications on Leicester Road for 24 dwellings, the mixed development off the High Street for 3 shops,57 dwellings, car parking, plaza and new Scout hut, together with the Persimmon's appeal for 290 dwellings have caused the Steering Committee to re-appraise its previous work done on site allocations for new development and delayed its progress. They hope to present a final draft plan to the Parish Council for consideration once the situation on these applications becomes clearer.
