FoxConnect - Transport On Demand

I hope this email finds you well. Following on from my colleague’s emails below, you may already be aware Market Harborough FoxConnect launched on 17 March. This is the new on-demand transport option that operates in five area zones to connect rural communities to Market Harborough’s town centre or neighbouring villages. I started in this role last week and am ready to get out and about within Harborough to meet with residents/groups etc to demonstrate how to book/advise on the new FoxConnect bus service. I am hoping that you can help or point me in the right direction……of any community based groups/events that we could come along to such as; coffee mornings, support groups – the list is endless so please let me know of anything that you feel would be worth us coming along to. For anyone that would like to give FoxConnect a try it’s FREE to use until Monday 21 April 2025! Concessionary Travel passes are accepted on FoxConnect buses after 09:30am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday or public holidays where the service operates. If you would like printed versions of the leaflet, let me know how many and I can arrange for these to be dropped off/posted out. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries.
